✨ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@sacredintuitives.com with your order number and reason for return.

✨ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. Photos of the issue may be required to help us make it right.

✨ Scent Sensitivity Disclaimer

Scent is personal and can shift with your unique body chemistry. While we cannot accept returns based on individual scent preferences, we’re happy to help guide you to a blend that suits your energy.
